By creating an account or using VenueSlots ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VenueSlots is a cloud-based booking management platform for entertainment venues including gaming lounges, arcades, VR experiences, and similar businesses. The Service includes a walk-in kiosk, online booking, payment processing integration, and staff management tools.
You agree not to:
Walk-in payments are processed through Clover using your own merchant account. SaaS subscription billing is handled by Stripe. VenueSlots does not handle or store payment card data. You are responsible for compliance with applicable payment regulations.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You own your venue and booking data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
VenueSlots is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
